Google Calendar
Let your agent check availability and book, move, or cancel appointments in a Google Calendar — the most common setup for restaurants, clinics, salons, and anyone who takes bookings by phone.
Setup
- Integrations → Add integration → Google Calendar.
- Name it (e.g. “Booking calendar”).
- Set the Calendar ID (
primaryfor the account’s main calendar, or a specific calendar’s ID) and the Timezone (e.g.Europe/Madrid) used to interpret times. - Click Continue to Google and grant calendar access. You’ll be redirected back to the Integrations page when done.
The integration shows Connected once the Google grant completes, and its tools are discovered automatically. Use Reconnect at any time if the grant expires or you want to switch accounts.
Tools
Once connected, the agent can (prefixed with your integration’s slug):
…_list_events— see what’s on the calendar…_create_event— book an appointment…_update_event— move or edit one…_delete_event— cancel one…_find_free_slots— find availability to offer the caller
Enable the ones you want per agent version in the builder’s Integration tools card. For booking flows, pair them with clear instructions: how long appointments are, which hours are bookable, and what details to collect from the caller.
If you see “Google OAuth isn’t configured in this environment yet”, the Ciaomatic environment you’re on doesn’t have Google credentials set up — contact us. Resend, webhook, and custom MCP integrations are unaffected.
