What is Ciaomatic?

Ciaomatic gives your business a phone number answered by an AI voice agent. You describe what the agent should do in plain language, give it tools (your calendar, your email, your own APIs), and publish. Callers talk to it like they would to a person; you see every call — and every action the agent took — in your dashboard.

How a call works

  1. A caller dials your Ciaomatic number.
  2. The call is routed to the published version of the agent attached to that number.
  3. The agent greets the caller and holds a natural, low-latency voice conversation (powered by OpenAI’s realtime voice models).
  4. When it needs to act — check a calendar, send an email, call one of your APIs — it uses the tools you enabled. Every tool invocation is recorded.
  5. The call appears in your Calls page with status, duration, and the full tool audit.

Key concepts

ConceptWhat it is
AgentA named voice assistant owned by your workspace. Create one from the template gallery (ready-made prompts and tools for clinics, salons, restaurants, law firms, and more) or from scratch.
VersionA snapshot of an agent’s configuration. Each agent has at most one editable draft and one live published version; older versions are archived and can be restored.
NumberA real phone number you buy inside Ciaomatic and attach to an agent.
Built-in toolsActions every agent can use out of the box — current time, HTTP lookups, email to your inbox, transfer to a human, hang up.
IntegrationsConnections to external systems (Google Calendar, Resend, webhooks, or any MCP server) whose tools you can enable per agent version.

Where to go next

  • Quickstart — from sign-up to your first answered call.
  • Agent builder — every field, versioning, and test calls.
  • Tools — the built-in tool catalog.
  • Integrations — connect calendars, email, and your own APIs.
  • Bring your own number — forward, connect over SIP, or port in a number you already have.
  • Call routing rules — send calls to a human on a schedule, with the agent as fallback.
  • Billing — plans, included minutes, numbers, and spend limits.

Ciaomatic is in closed beta. Things move fast — pages here note when something is on its way.
